Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) is an effective combination of cognitive and behavioural therapies. The goal of DBT is to transform negative thinking patterns and destructive behaviours of addictions into positive outcomes.

What to expect in our DBT therapy

Everyone staying with us will be prescribed a course of Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. It is used to combat Depression, Substance Use Disorder and Anxiety Disorder.
You will be offered the recommended course of 20 individual sessions which will take an estimated 28 days.
Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioural Therapy will also prescribed to help support you fully in your recovery and help you be able to overcome any future feelings of anxiety and negative automatic thoughts.
